Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes. As long as your order has not yet gone out for delivery you can cancel or change it at anytime. To cancel or change an order email [email protected] and tell us your order number. We recommend that you also include a phone number which we can reach you at, just in case.

Are orders sent through mail?

Nope. All orders are delivered by https://llil.fun employees in our company cars. We do this to ensure that every order arrives intact and on time. Frozen foods are always transported in coolers with Cold Ice X Formula refrigerant and we will never send out damaged product.

How do I return item(s)?

You may return goods purchased within the last 90 days.

Toys, beds, and other non food items may be returned provided that they have not been used and tags are intact.


How long does it take to receive my order?

We operate Monday - Saturday and all orders are hand delivered by our Pet Foodie team.

Do you charge for shipping?

Nope. Our goal is to make shopping for your pet easier and more convient. For these reasons we do not charge for delivery costs.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, our minimum order is $50. We recommend that if you have a cat or small dog that you order two weeks of food at a time.


What zip codes do you deliver to?

We deliver to all of Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, Marina Del Rey, West Los Angeles.
